I am a Sutherland-Chan graduate offering THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE for relaxation and rehabilitation in downtown Toronto conveniently located near College Subway station (Carlton & Jarvis).

I tailor each treatment to my client's specific concerns. I incorporate Swedish and deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, passive stretching and joint mobilizations to achieve optimal results. I work within my client's level of comfort regarding pressure, techniques and areas of the body included (or excluded) in the treatment.

I have worked with many different types of conditions and clients, including patients with spinal cord injuries, pre- and post-surgery patients, athletes, seniors and pregnant women.

Massage treatments performed by a Registered Massage Therapist are covered by most Extended Health Plans. Receipts provided.
