ejaculation during massage

I am 47 and go for massage every month. every time the therapist is workng on my buttocks and glutes I ejaculate. I used to be embarrassed but not any more. I feel the therapist understands this and ignores.

I guess I am little more sensitive than others. But man the experience is relaxing and wonderful.
