Has there ever been justice served?

Just curious to see if any of you gentlemen have ever heard of, or been in a situation where you wanted to take a past employer and/or client to court for false accusation and termination of your job due to a complaint for inappropriate(sexual)technique in the massage room on a female?

It seems after reading online there are a lot of us that fall victim to this quite often.
It seems there should be a law or something regarding this issue.
