How do other Males (Therapists) Protect Themselves from Female Clients?

Following on from
the newspaper article . I was wondering how my fellow male therapists protect themselves?
Personally, I audio record every session (for mutual protection). This is signed for, as agreed by the client in the initial paperwork. I will not take a client on unless they sign in agreement. Once a client understands why, I have never had any objections.
The audio file is timestamped, encrypted (using winzip), and then stored. The client can have a copy of the file, if they provide a storage medium.
