How do you tactfully handle female clients who overtly sexualize treatment session

I've been a massage therapist for eleven years in private practice for ten; and I'm at a loss at just how to skillfully and tactfully handle female clients who are introducing sexual comments, touching. undraping and exposing there breast and thong underwear during a session.
examples:
1. pulling down the sheet partially exposing nipples
2. fully exposing single and sometimes both breast nipples fully erect.
3. While working on trapezius client says "you are in a perfect position for me to run my hands up your leg"
4. and when clients are turning over they touch and grab my legs.
How I've handled these moment and other like these is to always remain polite (British upbringing)I return the drape, or turn to look out window pretend I did not see and give them a moment to cover themselves or chuckle and say lets stay focus on the work at hand
My solution is change the scope of my practice to a structural integration base, corrective and sports focus and all female clients wear shorts and sports bra.
But I am still not verbalizing during awkward situations how does a MMT communicate in a clear and firm way that these occurrence are inappropriate and unacceptable with out squashing, alienating or rejecting a client who is seeking therapeutic treatments.
