I just don't understand

About 2 months ago I had a very bad day. I got 3 complaints in one day from 3 separate people.
Now, the first one was from a client's mother. She stated that she thought her daughter(23 years of age) felt uncomfortable during my massage, a massage that happened in December. She said that she "lost her phone" and couldn't remember the number to the spa I worked at (although she's been there many times before). She stated that she needed to tell the owners about me and how her daughter felt uncomfortable.
Again, no word from the grown adult daughter, just from mom and 2 months after the fact( I keep records of all my massages and the daughter gave me a $10 tip for a 50 minute massage).
Next, a client/daughter were in getting their nails done the same day. The mother took one of our co=owners to the side and stated that she thought I was inappropriate with my massage on her daughter too, Again, not from the actual client, but from mom. And again, the daughter is a grown adult and reported by the mother from a month earlier.
Lastly, that same day, a woman came in for the 60 minute massage, everything went,(I thought), well. She said she enjoyed the massage and even left a $15 tip. Apparently, when she got home, and told her husband, he got mad, called the spa and said I exposed her several times(I know how to drape).
All in one day this happened. I was talked to about it and I questioned the validity of the complaints.
I mean, if you have a bad experience(the first two complaints), doesn't one complain about it within the first 2 days?
Does one wait for a month or two to complain? I don't think so. Of course, it is my belief that the last one was a jealous husband, pissed that "A Man" touched his Woman.
So, yesterday, imagine how I felt when the owner brought up those incidents from the past and told me he was afraid of losing business from anything that might be complained about me in the future and that he was giving me a weeks notice to find another job.
