It Happens

Unfortunately, I am a recent victim of false accusations of being inappropriate in a massage session, and was terminated after working for a Resort Spa since it's opening(2008).
I can say this, it makes you feel as though you are on trial and everyone is looking at you as though you are a complete pervert, but you must rise above it. I have since started my own buisness and I am making 3x more than I was at the Resort.
I was not sued or reported, but I feel there must be a way for males to protect themselves in situations like these. I make sure to carry Insurance, certifications, license, background checks etc. AND do personal meet and greet interview's with all my clients BEFORE working with them.
I've heard that if someone does attempt to sue you, nothing stands in court without proof, massage rooms have no camera's, recording devices or witnesses that will help either side, it's all "he said she said" but it is "defamation of character" and you can defend yourself but it will be difficult.
Just be true to yourself and do what you love, dont let anything or anyone break you...EVER.
