Male Massage

I am writing an article on male massage. When I type those search terms in google, the pages that come up are of a distinctly sexual nature. I was surprised at this as I was a licensed massage therapist in the US and I thought this would be in violation of the code of ethics (AMTA) as well as highly illegal- it's obviously for sexual services and most of the sites even have "gay massage" after "male massage".

Do you know of the legality of this, or are these people not LMTs, and can thus get away with this?

Even if that is the case, can they advertise sexual services like this? I mean, they don't flat out say "I will have sex with you", but some make it pretty clear.

Thanks for any help you can offer!
