I have been doing Massage Therapy for over 11 years and I have never been across of any of those above comments from clients or anyone else.
I have never had problems with any of my clients regarding drapping, areas of touching, etc, etc. Of course, the only comment that I've heard it was " I'd rather have a massage from a female" like most Male MT's have.
Good Luck and keep the good work.

Male therapists in Great Britain. by: Paul (Northampton)
Ok all here are a few of the things I've come across while working. -
Any man doing massage must not be a real man!
Men are only after any way to get sex!
"I would never let a man touch me like that"
Men are to heavy handed to do such gentle work
Personally, I find I have to be so "correct" all the time regarding towel etiquette. Including letting the client know when I move each towel, and tucking edges of towels into underwear etc.
As I've mentioned before, I audio record every session for "mutual" protection. In practice, I'm scared of those words "rape" being directed towards me.
I know other males I've come across are worried, but don't have any safety net in place if they do get the 'attention seeker' not caring what it may do to any one else.
