Today was very unusual and embarrasing such as many have explained already. Understand i have had major back trama when i was young and being 20 years later at 38 i experianced many problems still to this day and today this ejaculation thing happend for the first time during a massage today. i have been recieving a massages for at least once a month to four times a month when the economy was good for about ten years now.
I believe in massage due to all the wonderful clinical reasons it has helped me.Got feeling back in my legs to releasing hammer toes. All times in a very professional setting from dudes to beautiful woman and never once treated or made to feel arousal in anyway or did my mind ever go there.
But today i had a quick 30 min visit due to the left lower shoulder blade was notted up bad. Face down with my jeans on this time due to time and the little old man was killing me with his elbos and out of the blue he rubbed his elbo up and down deep in my lower left spine killing the muscles beside my rods and me too at the same time and when he came up to my mid left ribs over the notted area he held it over the not and held it there and i felt it coming out of nowhere. i didnt know what the heck was going on.but boom baby.
Scared the crap out of me because i truly thought he injured me in someway i was unawhare of. i felt dirty because i didnt know this old man new something i didnt. but in all honesty i think he exploded the stress out of me but i was very embarresed at myself.
How could this ever have happened?
I was very thankful it is winter and i had a coat. but seriously,,, is it because there are nerves in the back that release this or was it due to sense of a relaxation or what? Because there was never anything in the mind during this session that would have ever related to this happening.
Please let a professional explain. like i said, nothing in the mind going on dirty when a old mr.miyagi is massaging your back.

Thank you by: Sean
Thank you for your candid follow up to a problem which I am sure has plagued more than a few males on the table but is rarely adressed, much less, even mentioned.
As with any problem regarding any therapy, you did the right thing to search for information about the problem, then discuss the problem with the therapist.
Smart move.
I only hope you did not discuss your personal pre massage session solution with the therapist, as that may have been just too much information even for the therapist to handle.
Seems like you have a good handle on the problem and solution, and hope you will continue to get regular massage work to stay healthy and pain free.

After two more visits by: Anonymous
So, it's been a few months now since I first posted my concerns in this forum. Sorry to those that responded for not replying sooner.
Shortly after my last post (October I believe) I decided to go back for continued treatment. Before I went I did some more research and found a great article that really put things in perspective.
I decided to print out the article and when I went to my appointment I had a moment or two before it to talk to my therapist. I went incredibly red in the face doing so, but I managed to get out my concerns about the ejaculation and showed her the article. She didn't act surprised at all and told me that this is quite normal and that the body can do this in a relaxed state when pressure is applied to certain areas.
Wow! I felt so relieved to know that she understood my problem. She even went so far as to tell me not to be embarrassed by it should it happen again. That made the session a little easier.
Unfortunately, I did ejaculate again and that still bothered me because even though she didn't have a problem with that I didn't want to have that reaction to the massage.
Next appointment I decided to approach it a little differently. In preparation for the appointment, I normally shower. In this particular shower I made sure to relieve myself of any pent up frustration - so to speak.
I was still a little worried that it might happen again but despite some feelings of a sensation like it might, no accidents. The relief I provided before the appointment was enough to prevent my body from doing anything more.
Now I just make sure to take care of business before I go. That way I can relax a lot more without the worry of any accidents. I am sure there are men out there that would enjoy this experience, but for me it was anything but enjoyable, and I am glad to have found a way to deal with it, and I know that should an accident happen, the therapist will be understanding about it.
Thanks to everyone in this forum for answering my questions. It was very helpful!

ejaculation response by: Anonymous
Never mind my mispellings. In response to your questions:
The therapist probibly didn't hear your request to go to the bathroom. Especially if you were face down in the face cradle.
I don't beleive that the situation was intentional from the massage therapists perspective. Although, if I were you I probibly would not mention it to the therapist. Unless you beleive that you therapist is mature/knowledgeable/proffessional enough to have that conversation. But unfortunatly, those therapists are rare.
There could be many explanations for what happened. It could be the release of a nerve impingement in your low back that caused that spontanious release. It could have to do with the unblocking of a refexology/accupressure point.
In general, especally in a clinical setting it's acceptable to leave your pants on. I always prefer that the client undress to the underwear because it's a little easier to work with. But like your therapist said, whatever your comfort level. Plenty of my clients take everything off.
I hope you continued your massage treatments. I don't think anything sexual was going on. I don't think you did anything wrong, so there's nothing to be embarrased about. But in the future, keep in mind that it may happen again. So you may wish to take precaution--tissue in the underwear?

Continuing... (from Post Just Below) by: Anonymous
Just to follow up to what I said in my previous message, the place that I went for the massage was a clinic, so it is supposed to be very professional. I go there for other treatment (chiro, etc).
I am concerned that the therapist acted unprofessionally, and I am not sure what to do about it. Do I report it rather than talk it out?
I have read in other discussion forums where issues like this get turned into something sexual and everyone accuses the client of asking for it. I assure you this is NOT the case. Sex was the furthest thing from my mind. Embarrassment is all I got from this experience.
I am hoping that I can talk this out and make sure it doesn't happen again. Is this the correct way to proceed?

Just as confused... by: Anonymous
Sorry, I wish I had realized that I had to click on a link to see people's comments to my original post. I would have responded much sooner.
The therapist was moving their hand in a circular fashion right below the waist line (or just above the buttocks) and pressing down as they were doing this. I am not sure what therapeutic reason this served, but that's the best that I can describe what was being done.
I have done some more research and realize now what I experienced was a prostate orgasm. There was no sexual excitement on my part and as I mentioned this was very embarrassing and completely unexpected. It's the only explanation I can find that explains what happened.
I have had problems with an enlarged prostate in the past, and sometimes find that when I am getting sick it can act up. I was getting a cold that week, but I am not sure if this is the cause for it.
Why the therapist did not stop when I said I needed to go to the bathroom has me confused. I have another appointment soon and plan to discuss this with the therapist. What else can I do?
My concern is (based on what I have read) that this type of reaction can happen, so I have to wonder if this was done deliberately? If so, why? I did not enjoy the after reaction I had to it and felt it undid the benefits of the massage.
I am very anxious about going back, and even more so about discussing this with the therapist, but I need to get this out in the open or I won't be able to go for a massage from this person or anyone else.

A confusing story by: Anonymous
What exactly was the therapist doing to your lower back that caused you to ejaculate, or am I missing something?
I also do not understand why any therapist would ignore your request to go to the bathroom. It would be in both of your best interests!
