More on Ejaculation during a Massage

NOTE: This post was submitted as a comment to another post , but I have reposted this as a Content 2.0 Submission as another "Open Question". I typically don't like anonymous questions, but I can see this poster is a bit embarassed (understandably) and would prefer to remain unnammed. However, his story seems legit and he asks some reasonable questions.

Recently I went for my very first massage therapy treatment. I'm 40. Wasn't sure what to wear so I went casual (t-shirt and track pants). When I got there I was told to make myself comfortable. I had no idea what that meant so when the therapist came back into the room, I asked if I was supposed to get undressed. "Whatever I was comfortable with" was the response.

I expected I would have to get naked but since the problem areas were my back and shoulders, I left my lower have covered.

About half-way through the massage the therapist was working my lower back. Up until this point everything had been great and I could feel the benefits of it.

Then I started to feel what I can only describe as the urge to urinate. It felt as if pressure was being applied to my bladder. It was a very strong and sudden feeling and it continued to build quickly.

I told the therapist and thought they would stop so I could go relieve myself, but the therapist appeared to ignore me, said nothing and continued massaging the same area. Within maybe 5-10 more seconds I experienced ejaculation. I wasn't erect or even excited.

I was very embarrassed and didn't know what to do. I let the therapist finish. Oddly enough my body was much more relaxed, but my mind was racing. When finished, I was told I could take as much time as I needed before leaving. I was also told that I should come back again next week to continue treatment.

After they left I got up and noticed I had a small wet spot showing through my pants. I wiped up as best as I could, luckily there were tissues in the room, quickly put my shirt and jacket on, and left.

So, here I am now, I still feel very embarrassed by what happened and now I have all these concerns about what to do. How could a totally non-sexual experience turn into this?

1) Is this a normal occurrence? I've done some research online and some claim it is, while RTs claim it's the clients fault because they are perverts and the like. I am not a pervert and didn't expect anything but professional treatment. I am not 100% sure that's what I got.

2) Did the therapist know what was happening? And if so, did they bring it about on purpose as part of the treatment? Or for some other reason?

3) Should I go back as they suggested? If so, should I say anything about what happened? I like to live by 'Honesty is the best policy' but I don't want to embarrass either of us.

4) What is the normal attire for a massage? Underwear? Nothing?

Please help. I was really enjoying the treatment up until that point and thought it was helping, but now I am just embarrassed and frustrated by the experience. On the one hand if I talk it out we might both be embarrassed and that could end things badly, but on the other hand if I don't say something I will worry that it will happen again during another session with this therapist or another and the treatment will not be as beneficial as it could be. Is there proper educate for this situation?
