school reviews..

Hello everyone, i was just wondering how was everyone's perception/experience at massage school when they went and if when you went during your tenure did they fully or even once address the issues that men face as professional lmts/cmts/rmts?
I myself went to a 'well known' massage school and was never once told about how it would be harder as a man to get work, to not 'quit my dayjob' and how it may be years and not months before i would be successfull unlike my female counterparts who last time i checked all the gals in my class were working and had no trouble finding work. My school told me to refine my 'technique' as that is what i needed to do and be more 'confident' and that would be the key to success. 3 Years later, i am not working as a massage therapist and am trying to figure out how i can even afford ceu classes to even keep my massage license!
I found a site where you can review your massage school and did i ever. What are your experiences of massage school and were they pleasant, not so pleasant? Just wanted to see how some of the other male lmts here did in massage school.
