Massage Schools in Canada
by: Mike

If you get a diploma in Ontario, you can work in any province except BC, if you are going to Ontario, I would highly recommend Sutherland Chan. They have numerous campuses. Or the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (or something like that!)

Ontario requires a 2200 hour diploma, BC requires somewhere about 3000. All other provinces require 2200 or less... so your best bet would be BC, but if you have no plans on living and working in BC (and you can still get a job as a body worker) I would train in Ontario.

Only three provinces in Canada are regulated for massage therapy, B.C., Ontario and NFLD so most of the schools if not all are located in those provinces.
You could try writing the Ontario Massage Therapists Association. Maybe they can help.
